I was fortunate enough to learn my craft from great product people, and to what has become an absolute joy of mine, I have tried to pay that forward by coaching the next generation of brilliant product managers. I have extensive experience coaching colleagues from zero product experience through to senior product managers aiming to move into leadership roles. At Tesco, I was involved in both the mentor and graduate schemes, taking on 6 colleagues from Associate Product Managers to Senior Product Managers. Successfully coached an Associate Product Manager to Senior Product Manager over the course of 18 months
Helped 3 colleagues outside Product transition into their first Associate Product Managers roles within Tesco
Working with 6 mentees, I introduced Marty Cagan's Coaching Plan to Tesco, creating a framework for progress to be measured on a weekly basis
