Once an opportunity area has been identified, I am able to call upon a strong toolbox of technical skills to help evaluate potential solutions. I am well versed in a variety of design methodologies, being able to iterate low-fidelity UX wireframes into high-quality UI prototypes with techniques such as card sorting, questionaires and moderated research sessions. Having also learnt to code in 2021 (going on to build Fundeey - my own full stack events management and discovery platform), I'm also comfortable building out prototypes directly to quickly validate assumptions before production.
My achievements in this field would not have been possible without the guidance and knowledge of incredible colleagues. If you're looking to work with other strong product people, I can't recommend these folks enough.
I was lucky enough to work with Lucy during my time as the product manager for Repeat Shopping. Lucy was instrumental in encouraging design teams to move away from working in silos and to embrace a more iterative, colloborative and assumption led approach to design thinking.
Jo and I worked together solving navigation for the Tesco Grocery and Clubcard App. This was an incredibly high profile and challenging project due to the impact of navigation on various key propositions. Jo was steadfast in ensuring we always led with data, focusing on the assumptions we had rather than just listening to the loudest voice in the room.
