Over the last few years I have invested heavily in building out my productivity and task management workflows. Using tools such as Notion, Confluence and Miro, my workflows enable me to work, write and contribute at scale no matter how busy things get. More recently, I built an automated Notion, ChatGPT and Otter.ai workflow that automatically transcribes, summarises and uploads notes for meetings that I attend. Yes, I really am that guy!

Some of the things I have accomplished:

While an IC product manager, I managed the backlog of 3 engineering teams (18 engineers) in parallel. I ensured all 3 teams were working at least 2 sprints ahead of refined backlog work
While an IC product manager, I delivered 33 a/b tests in 52 weeks, which at the time was just over 33% of all a/b tests run during this period (in a organisation of 24 product managers)
Built my own automated note taking workflow using ChatGPT, Otter.ai, Google Docs and Notion. This allowed me to quickly summmarise meetings and actions without the need for a note taker
Made up of 30 colleagues across 9 seperate disciplines and 5 different product areas, I was directly responsible for coordinating and communicating all work in the Inspire Squad

Where you'll see me adding value:

Ensuring all work is accounted for, stakeholders are aligned and that progress is being communicated on a regular basis
Helping others optimise their own workflows to deliver more efficiently
Running effective, highly organised meetings

By bringing my experience in:

Scaling workflows to support high quality discovery and delivery at scale
Managing portfolios of work representing different areas, teams, deadlines and priorities
