I have been lucky enough to have honed my product craft in strong, experimentation based environments. I have extensive experience with designing and running tests across both Web (using Optimizely) and App (using Leanplum). I am also well versed in a number of different types of testing from fake/painted door, to algorithmic, multi-variant, feature flagging and long term holdout groups, the last of which I introduced to Tesco for the first time to measure the accumulative impact of our roadmap.
My achievements in this field would not have been possible without the guidance and knowledge of incredible colleagues. If you're looking to work with other strong product people, I can't recommend these folks enough.
Sam was invaluable at all stages of testing. His ability to manage multiple testing programmes, provide full unchambered analysis of results in real time and advise colleagues across the organisation on what, how and why to test was unparalleled.
Raj led the technical intergration for many of the A/B tests I worked on during my time at Tesco. He was responsible for the early blueprint for our holdout group, its documentation and initial implementation. He was one of the most customer centric engineers I ever had the privillege of working with.
